There is nothing more amazing that had happened to me than joining the World At Play 2020 Rwamwanja team this year!. As a refugee who had lived in the settlement as well as the city, and having experienced the situations these people pass through,  at the beginning of the project I set a goal that states " By the end of the project I want to bring smiles and  also improve on my skills of working  with large numbers of people " . With that, I wish to that this opportunity and thank World At Play for giving me the chance to bring the smiles on the face of fellow refugees using games and sports,  thank you World at Play.

Without forgetting my team,  I had the best team in that  we became more than a team we were a family,  we had jokes,  danced, played games and even went out together just like a family this brought a sense of belonging and inclusion to me and most importantly this team, this family helped me achieve my goal thank you team.

To the children in Rwamwanja thank you so so so much for accepting and welcoming us,  I have to say that the time we spent together was a win-win period because of how welcoming they were to us,  one of my best moment is how happy, excited these children were whenever they saw us in World at play T-shirts, we learnt from these children and also they learnt from us.  It was just a learning experience and opportunity to me and my family my team.

There is no question of how games and sports is doing a great work in the Rwamwanja settlement.  It is always a moment being in the middle of sessions playing games with these children in Rwamwanja,  trust me you think of nothing but just fun and seeing smiles all over on faces that had angry expressions. One of the things I learnt with the children is the quality of "teamwork" and how effective is teamwork through games and sports,  thanks to World At Play for this great lesson. I wished to see this impact in all communities here in Uganda.

There is a lot that I learnt from the Rwamwanja project but all I can say is thank you to World At play.
